CARTI is committed to comprehensive treatment. With that in mind, we work hard to reduce the tension and fatigue that patients can experience before, during and after treatment. Specialized massage therapy can help ease these symptoms, providing therapeutic benefits that make a real difference.
Thanks to a grant from the CARTI Foundation, our patients can receive one 60-minute massage or two 30-minute massages while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Patients are referred to a local licensed massage therapist who is specially trained in oncology.
